📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the laundry fleet.,Ensure timely delivery of laundry services to clients.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the fleet vehicles.,Develop and implement efficient routes and schedules for the fleet.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.,Maintain accurate records of fleet performance and customer feedback.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field.,Proficient in using logistics and fleet management software.,Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with customer service standards and practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
