📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with national and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures.
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents using software such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the mining or construction industry.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Safety, Health, and Environment Professional (SHEP).
• Strong knowledge of national and international health, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant safety management software.
• Familiarity with mining and construction equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
