📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor financial performance and ensure budget adherence.,Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in general management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
