📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.,Provide expert advice and guidance to retail customers on product selection and usage.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback to improve performance.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
