📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out.,Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services.,Coordinate with the dental team to ensure appointments are scheduled and confirmed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.,Assist in the organization and distribution of clinic materials and supplies.,Promote our clinic's services and products to new and existing patients.,Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for patients and staff.,Assist in any additional tasks as needed to support the clinic's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office equipment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
