📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and culture.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and assisting with the hiring decision process.
  • Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.
  • Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
