📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of servers, chefs, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure quality.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and customer service strategies.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven success in managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
