📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the company's interests are protected.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.,Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
