📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with our marketing goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless customer interactions and drive business growth.
• Create and maintain comprehensive customer profiles and databases.
• Generate regular reports and insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing.
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure high satisfaction levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in CRM or marketing is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
