📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing
- Coordinate office logistics, including facilities management and procurement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Assist in organizing company events and activities
- Maintain office documentation and records
- Support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and general affairs
- Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
