PT Bintang Property Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team. The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and visitors. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe working environment and preventing workplace accidents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure HSE objectives are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or property industry.,Certification in HSE management systems, such as OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HSE software and tools is a plus.
