📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff performance, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
