📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and suggesting corrective actions.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and training to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
