This is a full-time position located in Sunter, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 4.000.000 to Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
  • Create and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to employees.
  • Manage and mentor junior learning and development staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and training software.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
