Jaya Yoga Computer is looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage referrals to find quality candidates.,Track and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring quality candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
