Berkah Citra Restaurant is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development of learning materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Experience with training program evaluation and assessment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel as needed for training activities.
