📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and updates on customer inquiries.,Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in training and onboarding new sales representatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
