📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, coaching, and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote the store and brand through various marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
