🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing or technical operations industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools such as SAP, ERP systems, and CAD software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
