📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect payments and manage financial obligations
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients
• Track and manage collections using SAP and our in-house collection system
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Ensure timely collections and minimize losses
• Report on collection activities and provide regular updates to the management
• Comply with company policies and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field asset management or related roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using SAP and other relevant financial software
• Good understanding of financial regulations and policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
• Familiarity with the financial sector in Indonesia is a plus
