📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance
- Utilize recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn to streamline processes
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters
- Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
