As our Creative Content Creator, you'll craft engaging and visually stunning content for our social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials. You'll use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress to bring our brand's vision to life. Meanwhile, as our Customer Service Specialist, you'll ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and creating personalized experiences.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team of hospitality professionals to create memorable guest experiences. You'll have the opportunity to grow with us as we expand our presence in Bali and beyond.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and curate engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and creating personalized experiences.
• Manage guest feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and guest experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in hospitality and digital marketing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of guest experience programs.
• Contribute to the overall success of the property by promoting a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and/or customer service in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
