📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement humanitarian programs that address critical needs in underserved communities.
• Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and international organizations to design and execute impactful initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to secure resources and support for ongoing projects.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for program expansion.
• Provide technical assistance and training to local staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with GCI policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
• Represent GCI at local and regional events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Public Health, or Social Sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in humanitarian programs, community development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing humanitarian projects.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
