📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair casino gaming devices, including hardware and software.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Upgrade and install new software and firmware updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the IT and gaming teams to implement new features and improvements.
• Document all maintenance activities and technical issues for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to the gaming floor staff and dealers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Casino Gaming Technician or in a related field.
• Proven experience with casino gaming devices and software, preferably with Microgaming, Aristocrat, or IGT systems.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with casino gaming regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in casino gaming technology or a related field is a plus.
