In this role, you will design and deliver training sessions, assess trainee performance, and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their goals. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement training programs that meet the specific needs of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to the needs of our clients.
• Conduct training sessions in various locations across Bali, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement new training programs and materials.
• Provide ongoing support to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns to ensure their success.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and performance assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
• Promote a positive and inclusive training environment that fosters learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.
• Proficiency in using training management software such as LearnDash, Moodle, or similar platforms.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between training locations.
