As a Human Capital Officer (Site), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human capital functions at our mining site. You will work closely with site management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement HR best practices to enhance employee engagement and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage all HR functions at the mining site, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and mediate disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with site management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in human capital management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networks to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a mining or industrial setting.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
